"Every great act has a late start", as the short black boy's story is no different from the few who had to work the extra hour so as to see themselves in limelight. More so, after a failed attempt abroad, MI came back to Nigeria and joined Chocolate City after which he started producing mix tapes with Djinee, one of which was "safe" - the track that gave him fame.
Irrespective of the collabos credited to his name, MI's popularity spans across youths in Nigeria, as his impact in the music industry cannot be jettisoned. Which of course has seen his fan base smashing that of fellow comrades like Naeto C, Tuface (hmmm...), Ruggedman, 9ice, Mode 9, D'banj (well...) etc.
