Yesterday, the Nigerian Federal High Court granted the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA permission to further detain ace Yoruba comedian, Baba Suwe for yet another 15 days after what they described as more evidence was discovered in a CT scan which was conducted at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) by Dr. Subhash Vijayvargiya.
However, it was gathered that Justice Okechukwu Okeke who presided over the case passed the judgment after a report by the consultant radiologist confirmed that Baba Suwe still has a large amount of the ingested drugs in him.
Nevertheless, the intelligience officer for the Agency, Femi J. Osifuye disclosed further that Baba Suwe has refused to eat something so as to facilitate excretion, claiming that he eats only once in 3 days.
